This week’s photography challenge theme at Sweet Violet is Inspiration. What inspires me creatively?
I’m inspired by everyday things. Things like how my husband has never once asked me to shovel the snow that surrounds us for several months a year. Like how Jax cannot get out the door fast enough to help him. Or how Em has started tagging along this year, too, because no matter what Jax does, she has to be right behind him.
My family inspires me everyday and I just love trying to capture our spirit and happiness in my photos. I’m so grateful for that!

Her name is still a secret, but it's not Emma (although that was always my "name" when I was growing up). It's a little less popular, but I love Jax and Em together 
What a cutie! My little guy loves to help his daddy shovel the snow. He makes a bigger mess than he does anything else, but he feels so accomplished out there with his shovel scooping up the snow.
